Our Workshops ...
(only available in french)
So as to share their passion our team of specialists offer a selection of training sessions that allow both beginners and experienced tea drinkers to increase their knowledge and understanding of the many facets of tea. Our range of workshops caters to all from the curious tea drinker to the inquisitive epicurean who wants to discover the aromas and flavours of tea. There is something for everyone.
Workshops include general information, demonstrations of preparation techniques and comparative tasting.
To create an intimate atmosphere, conducive to discovering the intricacies of tasting, groups are kept to 8-10 people. Each of the five ateliers lasts between two and a half hours (2hrs 30min).
The same workshops are offered in both our teahouses in Montreal (Only at Quartier Latin) and Quebec City.
We also offer various training courses for hotels and restaurants and Tea Tasting courses for the gastronomic community. (see our Professional Services).
Call us or visit us to reserve. Please note that due to restricted numbers we will ask for full payment when the reservation is made.
Workshops will be given in French unless otherwise indicated though questions can be answered in either French or English.
